Enhanced Components for Superior Performance
Aluminum Radiator: Our 52mm direct fit aluminum radiators are engineered to seamlessly bolt into the Jeep JK using factory mounts and hardware, and are designed to accommodate stock fans and the AC condenser. Installation is exceptionally straightforward. The radiator design is specifically matched to the LS engine configuration, featuring correctly positioned inlets and outlets, including a steam port fitting. We offer options for both (TRUCK) and (LS3) engines. The LS3 radiator is tailored to the LS3 water pump, ensuring correct hose positioning and compatibility with readily available over-the-counter upper hoses. Our Truck style radiator is designed for truck water pumps, providing extra clearance for the air intake to pass over the upper hose, which is also a standard part available at most auto parts stores.
AC Hoses: Our AC hoses are direct replacements for the Jeep JK Evaporator at the firewall and condenser connections. They integrate the stock Jeep AC pressure switch and high-low fittings. Designed to fit a GM truck AC compressor mounted in the stock GM lower right engine position, these hoses route neatly along the lower radiator support, providing a clean look under the hood. They are also compatible with aftermarket compressors in the same lower right engine location.
Air Intake: Our air intake kit is constructed from a composite material that effectively reduces heat soak, resulting in lower intake air temperatures compared to aluminum systems. It includes a MAF sensor mount and a breather port, and comes complete with all necessary couplers, clamps, and a high-performance K&N filter. Note: you will need a 15865791 credit card style MAF sensor.
