This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning products purchased from our website, excluding Launch Software Update Services.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is Essential

For all returns, obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is mandatory. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You can easily reach our customer service team through online chat or email to request your RMA. Contacting us before sending back any item is crucial. Unidentified packages sent to our warehouse may be misplaced or returned to sender. We are always ready to assist customers with RMA requests to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns Due to Quality Issues

If you encounter a product that is non-functional upon arrival or has been damaged during shipping, we offer a full 100% refund. In such cases, we may request the product be returned to us for a thorough analysis of the problem. If a return is necessary, please ensure the product is sent back in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, it will take us 5-7 business days to process the package and then 3 business days to issue your refund. You can expect to receive the refund within three (3) business days after processing.

Returns for Customer-Initiated Issues

For returns resulting from incorrect or duplicate purchases, or improper handling of the products by the customer, a restocking and handling fee may be applied. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process an 80% refund of the original purchase price. Similar to quality issue returns, it will take 5-7 business days for the package to reach us and 3 business days for us to process the refund after receipt. The refund should be credited to you within three (3) business days after processing.

Handling of Miss-Shipped Items

In the event of a miss-shipment, whether it’s a lost item, incorrect item, or incomplete order, Launch X431 Online will cover all associated shipping and handling costs. We offer the choice of either a product exchange or a full refund. Please contact us promptly and provide pictures of the packing list on the outer package along with images of the product received. Upon verifying that the package was not shipped correctly or the wrong product was sent, we will ship the correct product or process your refund within 5 business days.

Circumstances for Refund Refusal

Refund requests may be denied if our Quality Control team determines that product fault is a result of client negligence. However, even in these situations, you retain the option to return the product for replacement or repair services. Please note that in such cases, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facilities.

When returning a product for a full refund after receiving an RMA number, please use regular airmail or EMS for shipment. Ensure you use the return shipping address provided by our customer service team. Do not use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. We are unable to receive packages sent via these courier services, which will prevent us from processing your refund or exchange.
