Vivid Racing will provide support, including remote diagnostics, to determine appropriate next steps on a case-by-case basis. Important Warranty Claim Requirements: Proof of professional installation or attempted professional installation must be provided for any warranty claim to be considered. All warranty claims are subject to review and approval. If approved, an RMA number will be issued and MUST be included with the returned product packaging. Returns without an RMA number will be refused. All shipping costs related to warranty claims (to and from Vivid Racing) are the responsibility of the customer or distributor initiating the claim. If the product is determined to be covered under warranty, Vivid Racing will repair the product to its original specifications, offer a replacement, or issue a refund to the original purchaser, as deemed appropriate.
